Within each PSPs, standard measurements are made to allow comparisons over time. Data collected during tree census include height, diameter at breast height (DBH), crown health (position and form) and liana load. The data obtained from the PSPs are used to obtain biomass estimates, carbon stocks and carbon stock changes, and to calculate national emission factors.
